ASPEN SHAKTI ~ If you didn’t get a chance to visit Aspen Shakti (Aspen’s destination yoga studio and alchemy spa) for a Food & Wine themed ‘Champagne Yoga Flow Class,’ ‘Heaven for the Hungover’ or to speak with Aspen Shakti Founder, Jayne Gottlieb on “mindful eating & drinking,” there is still plenty of time to catch up with fun and unique new scheduling for Summer 2018:
MOUNTAINTOP YOGA CLASSES – Outdoor summer yoga classes are offered five days a week through Labor Day, Monday through Friday from 10:30 am – 11:30 am atop Aspen Mountain at The Little Nell wedding deck. Yoga mat included. Price: A Silver Queen Gondola foot pass and a $5 donation.
SUMMER SOLSTICE – Thursday, June 21, 6:00 pm-7:15 pm – Special sacred and symbolic solstice class outside at Paepke Park with DJ Bhakti Styler. Cost: $35.
FULL MOON CLASSES are a form of Aspen Shakti’s monthly spiritual release classes offered at the St. Regis courtyard, below Aspen Mountain on full moons: Wednesday, June 27 – 6:00-7:15 pm, Thursday, July 26 – 6:00-7: , Sunday, August 26 – 5:00-6:15 pm. Cost: $35.
NEW CLASS! Wednesday, July 4th – 10:30-11:15 – Freedom Flow: Join Jayne & DJ Bhakti Styler atop Aspen Mountain for our most amazing experience of freedom!
