Aspen, CO (January 5, 2017): The Wheeler Opera House, in association with Aspen Shakti will host Radiant Yoga Flow on three consecutive Mondays, January 9 at 12:00 p.m., as well as January 16 and 23 at 4:30 p.m. Local favorites Jayne Gottlieb and DJ Bhakti Styler will lead the classes. Doors open thirty minutes prior to the yoga session and space is on a first come, first served basis. The suggested drop in fee is $10 (cash only). The Wheeler Opera House is located at 320 E. Hyman Ave., Aspen, CO.
The class will include movement, strengthening and breath, while also allowing time for rejuvenation, quiet and soulful stillness. Movement, awareness and the breath merge to create a balance between peaceful surrender and devotion. Students can expect to leave class feeling energized, inspired and, as Aspen Shakti puts it, “more alive than when you arrived.”
