Jayne Gottlieb is a potent, fun, free-spirited and powerful community change agent and entrepreneur. She is a long time yoga/meditation teacher, business owner and ‘IN-BODYment’ coach who encourages personal growth, elevates physical and emotional health, and inspires fully alive living.
Jayne is best known for founding and developing Aspen Shakti and The Body Practice, which has been one of the most influential and cherished local businesses in Aspen CO where she has helped to uplift the mental health and community connectedness in Aspen for nearly 10years.
Jayne leads through her vigorous, devotional and transformative classes as well as her ability to bring lightness and soul into life on and off the mat. She embodies what she teaches and leads/inspires students with the same drive and encouragement she gives herself. Jayne draws on her ever evolving knowledge of the body, spiritual psychology, anatomy, kinesthesiology, yoga, priestess studies, ritual, and meditation to lead and craft her classes and coaching.
