Skiing wasn’t the only reason to head to Aspen over the holidays. On December 28, the Aspen Art Museum, in partnership with Town & Country and Brunello Cucinelli, hosted more than 200 guests for The Next 2018, a new winter fundraising gala. Co-chaired by Constanza Garza and Alexander Mason Hankin, the evening included après-ski style celebration (complete with Petrossian caviar), a musical performance, and a silent auction featuring wine, jewelry, and high-end travel experiences. Attendees, including Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper and First Lady Robin Pringle Hickenlooper, gathered at the museum’s rooftop sculpture garden, where artist Robert Montgomery’s work “The City in Their Echo” had recently opened.
